Individuals or groups applying for Entrepreneurial Idea Award – should fulfill the following criteria.

Individual or group applicant should be visually impaired 18 years or above.
Have a business idea or have a prototype ready of their idea or wish to scale their existing business.
Business idea should be solely an individual’s or groups idea.
Applicant should have conducted some research or gathered knowledge on their idea and have thought of various ways to make it sustainable.
Applicant should have 2 references, who can vouch for his / her capabilities.
Individual possessing any specific qualification or training relating to the business idea will be preferred. However, applications from individuals without any academic qualification are welcome too.

Selection Process
Selection Process
The selection process of the awardees will comprise of three rounds.

Receiving, sorting the eligible applications.
Eligible applicants will be teamed with MBA Students from SIMSR (Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research). Together they will prepare a factual, (feasible) executable business model.
On the award day each team will present their idea along with the business model. Final awardees will be selected and awarded on this day.
Number Of Awardees
Three participants will be awarded, one being woman participant. In absence of woman participant, another eligible participant will be considered.

Knowledge of designing an executable business model.
Mentorship.
Cash prize or seed funding.

Around 20 Differently-Abled people from various parts of our country are going to be a part of this Accessible Awareness Ride. People with disabilities want to show that if there is courage, nothing is impossible in life through their Accessible Awareness Ride. The main objective of this ride is to enhance and empower the personality and confidence through education.

“60 Seconds to Fame!” Rules and Regulations of the competition
The competition is open to all Indian nationals.
The running time of the film including credits should not exceed 60 Seconds.
The film should adhere to this year’s theme “An Inclusive Society for Persons with Disabilities”
The films can be animation, live action or both.
The film must have English subtitles/captioning even if the language of the film itself is English.
The film should not have been previously screened in public or available in any social media.
The film should be submitted as DCP file.
Submission to be made online only. Upload your film in your Google drive and share the link by e-mail to fame@abilityfoundation.org with permission to download.
An entry fee of Rs. 500/- per film is to be submitted to Ability Foundation. Details for bank transfer are given below

i) Visual Impairment
ii) Hearing impairment

2. Eligibility criteria for participation in the said competition are:
a) Must be in the age group of 13 -21 yrs in the above four categories

allowed to participate but school going and school drop outs are eligible)

along with one escort/ parent will be made by NIT, Kurukshetra. The cost of to and
