Job Description: CIVICA is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled internal recruiter to join our Baroda office. The post holder will support an overflow of recruitment activity from our Australia region. Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team you will take control of initially high volume recruitment to ensure we deliver top candidates. The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in English (written and oral) and have a desire to learn and grow their career.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Education

Must be Degree / Masters.

Key responsibilities and duties

Support the Talent Acquisition team with high volume recruitment initially with a view to support other recruitment activity across Australia

Learn the Australian recruitment landscape to be able to screen candidates & provide shortlists against recruitment timelines

Thoroughly review job descriptions to understand the requirements and liaise with the team to better understand profiles of the candidates sought.

Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews, to assess their qualifications, skills and experience.

Drive direct hiring across both countries in order to reduce agency cost where possible.

Source candidates through various means such as job boards, LinkedIn etc. and build a talent pipeline.

Use different attraction methods including writing and posting job adverts and negotiating with job boards.

Drive the use of the employee referral scheme.

Responsible for ensuring hiring managers review CV’s and provide feedback in a timely fashion.

Follow a robust recruitment process and ensuring all stages are being adhered to in a timely manner

Essential skills:

Experience with volume recruitment of administrative or call center roles

An understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills would be highly regarded

Proven experience in the whole recruitment process from understanding the requirement and drafting a job description to shortlisting and interviewing

Good knowledge and understanding of current recruitment law and best practice

Fluent in spoken and written English

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proactive personality

Able to work independently and within a team

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Ability to build strong relationships

Good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and Outlook
