Job Role : Customer Service Specialist
Job Description: Order Execution : Receive orders from customers/agents/Business Managers; PO acknowledgement and verify the order to issue the proforma Invoice (If requested by customer), for completeness of all the required details(quantity, price, specification, product grade, payment terms, mode of shipment, etc); get order execution approval (from Region-Head/Marketing-Head/BU-Head as per pre-decided guidelines) in case throughput/price decrease is below the specified limits to ensure proper order entry and timely order execution.
Post Shipment Documentation : Follow up with logistic department for shipping documents(Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis and Air Way Bill) and flight details. Sending these documents to Customers/Agents. Ensure the original documents to reach customer bank or customer directly.
Receivable Management : Follow-Up with customers/agents on regular basis for timely payments and providing commitments to finance based on the customer confirmation; update/Review on receivable status to finance on fortnightly basis. To ensure timely collection of payments & minimize the receivables.
Agency Agreement & commission : Responsible for agency agreements verification and ensure agreements are vetted by legal team & BU Finance team before the signatures by both the parties.

Key Skills: Customer service/QA/QC/Manufacturing/Business Planning preferably in API industry, good communication skills, presentation & coordination skills, interpersonal skills, quick learner and a go-getter.
Qualification: M.Sc
Candidate Profile: Education & Experience:
M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum 4-8 years’ experience in Customer service/QA/QC/Manufacturing/Business Planning preferably in API industry.
