The staff of CCH counseled me. They provided me with several trainings and prepared me for employment. 9 months after I joined the Tally Computer course on financial accountancy I received a certificate with high grades. Cheshire Homes encouraged me to participate in their Job Fair. Bravely I went for an interview at Andaver Textiles. To my surprise I was selected for their Billing Section!”
“It was the happiest moment in my life when I learnt about my employment. I decided to join the company immediately. The team at the Livelihood Resource Centre (LRC) in CCH oriented me well and facilitated my smooth induction into the company,” says Bakialakshmi joyfully.
“Thanks to LRC I am now working at Andaver Textiles. It is a matter of great satisfaction to me and my family that I am earning a sum of Rs.8000/- per month. I enjoy the benefits of Provident Fund and ESI (Employee State Insurance) which gives me access to medical care. My income helps me to support my family. I am grateful to LRC and Andaver Textiles for giving me this wonderful opportunity to work and earn!” says Bakialakshmi brimming with confidence.
